Dr. Rhee received his undergraduate degree at Emory University in Atlanta, GA.  He continued his post graduate education and received his Doctorate of Medicine at Emory University School of Medicine.  His formal training in Urology was completed at Kaiser Permanente Foundation Hospitals-Los Angeles Medical Center.  He also received his Masters in Business Administration at the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles.
