Dr. Perito is a penile implant surgeon whose expertise covers the spectrum of men’s health issues, including erectile dysfunction, urinary incontinence, and vasectomy reversal. Over the last ten years, he has built the single largest penile implant practice in the world.

As Chairman of Urology at his primary hospital, Coral Gables Hospital, Dr. Perito has completed well over 3,000 penile implants, establishing Perito Urology as one of the top centers in the world for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. During this time, Dr. Perito developed a technique for penile implantation regarded as one of the most expedient and efficacious available.

Among his many publications, Dr. Perito has written extensively on a number of important topics, including penile implantation under local anesthesia and new techniques to avoid infection during the penile implant procedure. Dr. Perito is an active member of the American Urological Association and the Sexual Medicine Society; associations that have helped him establish a penile implant training program for surgeons desiring to learn his minimally invasive technique.
