Altis Single Incision Sling IFU

The Altis Single Incision Sling System is a single-incision mini-sling. The Altis sling is made of a monofilament polypropylene mesh, knitted into a sling 7.75 x 1.1 cm. One end of the sling assembly connects to a short length of USP size 1 monofilament polypropylene suture which terminates in a polypropylene static (non-tensioning) anchor. The second side of the sling assembly is connected to a longer length of USP size 1 monofilament polypropylene suture which is connected to a polypropylene/polyurethane dynamic tensioning anchor. The longer suture is used to tension as appropriate through the second dynamic tensioning anchor.
